UPDATE: New version available
In the original version, there was one database for both tasks and meetings. This allowed you to match items in your daily log to specific meetings. In the alternative version, you have separate databases for tasks and meetings. Though you will not be able to match the task tracker with individual meetings (less flexibility), it is a little simpler and less cumbersome to use. You can instead create a recurring task (e.g., called "Lab meetings") and match all similar meetings to that task. Another advantage of this method is that you can see the total time spent in meetings related to a specific project instead of just individual meetings on your project page.
